速可達機車之電子控制式無段變速系統研究

摘要


一般傳統速可達機車在行駛的過程中遇到不同路況時,無段變速系統會因為加速或減速的需要而進行變速;當減速比發生變化時,因傳統無段變速系統為被動式變速,主要由離心滾子的作動改變減速比,這會使得內燃機工作區域處於不穩定狀態,且造成動力傳動系統的衝擊和內燃機的油耗增加。為了使內燃機維持在一個較佳經濟燃油消耗區域之輸出狀態,利用電子控制式無段變速系統,能讓內燃機維持在低油耗、低污染之最佳操作點來運轉達到提升燃油經濟性與機車操控之性能。 有別於各車廠及研究機構之電子控制式無段變速(E-CVT)系統;本研究計畫也著重於運動性及安全性,使得內燃機能維持在較佳操作點來運轉之外,在運動性方面也因為可主動調整減速比、使得速可達機車可以在相同的車速上卻有著更高的內燃機轉速,以提昇機車之運動性能。在安全性方面也因為可以主動式控制減速比,在緊急煞車時可獲得適當之內燃機煞車,減少煞車時所需的力量,避免車輪鎖死、事故的發生。此外、提高變速系統應用於實車上的可行性,及降低開發成本的花費,也是研究的目的之一。

A continuously variable transmission system of a traditional scooter will change the speed as a result of the acceleration or deceleration when facing different road conditions. Since the speed changes passively the traditional continuously variable transmission system and the change in the gear ratio is from the movement of the centrifugal roller, the working area of the internal combustion engine will become unsteady when the gear ratio changes;therefore resulting in the power transmission system being damaged and the engine to wasting a lot of oil. Electronically control continuously variable transmission system is employed to enable the internal combustion engine to operate at an optimal fuel economy condition. E-CVT can provide the vehicle to work at the best operating point of low fuel consumption and low pollution . Unlike other E-CVT provided by vehicle companies or research institute, this research also focuses on the sports and safety. In the concept of sports, the E-CVT in the current state not only adjusts gear ratio actively, but also allows for the internal combustion engine to run at higher revolutions in our E-CVT with the same speed and there for the higher motors’ performance. In the aspect of safety, the system with an appropriate anti-lock braking system in the current state can reduce the minimum needed power for braking, and allowing the wheels to avoid being locked-up during the case of an emergency braking. Furthermore, other purposes in this study are to increase the probability of practical applications on an actual car and to reduce the cost of development.
