我國連鎖便利商店設計研究-以統一超商為例

摘要


不論從展店密度或營業規模的發展來看,國內連鎖便利商店市場的競爭已日漸白熱化,除了業內激烈的競爭外,現代的消費者還會希望在購物的同時也享有優質的消費體驗。本研究從「當業者感覺很難從商品、價格、促銷和通路上取得優勢時,商店本身即成為市場差異化的機會」的角度切入,以吸引消費者、提高營運績效、創造市場差異化為目標,探討連鎖便利商店的特色,並在商店形象的架構下建立商店特色的設計要素、提出改善商店特色的設計建議。 本研究從探討消費行為模式開始,瞭解商店形象、商店環境對消費者認知的影響與關聯,以建立「商店特色的設計要素與認知」的模型。另一方面,在消費者會隨著年齡變化而對商店形象有不同認知的影響下,研究以探討不同商圈的消費者特性為出發點,以「都會型」、「城市型」與「鄉鎮型」的商圈分類模式進行市場分析。在提出改善商店特色的設計建議後,透過與業主合作的方式完成設計測試門市的施工,並進行使用者評估、瞭解本研究的設計成效。

Domestic Convenience Chain-Store market is becoming more and more competitive these days, we have found the customers are not only attracted by the merchandise, but also seeking for a brand new shopping experience at the same time. This research start from the following point of views: “when the retailers feel it’s very difficult to obtain superiority either from products, price or promotion, and then, the store itself will become the opportunity for creating differences in the market”. This research is based on S-O-R behavior model, then going to utilize the concept of “store image” and develop the structure of design to propose design suggestion for Convenience Chain-Store to in the end of research. Moreover, in order to consider age factors and focus on how different trade areas affect consumer cognition of store image, this research will develop a “color reference” as a aid tool for convenience chain-store design. This research will also evaluate the design suggestion through setting up a test store and customer questionnaires.
