本研究論文之目的乃在了解與分析微晶立方角反光結構之產品的反射原理,並進而探討其反光效率之改善方法,實驗中應用微細加工、鏡面處理等技術,以製作出具有微晶立方角結構之模具,再應用微熱壓成型之加工方法來製作具有反光效果之實驗成果樣品。 其中主要特點包括微晶立方角反光結構之設計與反光效率之模擬分析,以及應用模擬分析之技術在微晶立方角反光結構模具製作前進行審慎評估,並針對其所見到之缺點作進一步改善模擬,以節省不必要之開模費用與樣品試做成本,也更能獲得良好之實驗成果。 最後在實驗結果中顯示,已成功製作完成具有微晶立方角結構特徵的反光樣品。而實驗成果樣品在經過反光效果測試所得之數據發現,本實驗之反光效率改善後的模型設計,確實可獲得較佳的反光效果。
In this research, the aim is to investigate the reflective principle of the microcrystalline cube corner structures (MCCSs) and the applications of these structures. Further, the new method for improving the reflective efficiency of MCCSs has been accomplished in this study. The mold with MCCSs was fabricated using many techniques such as micro machining and mirror surface disposing. At last the mold with MCCSs and micro thermal pressing process were applied to fabricate high reflectivity microcrystalline membrane. In this research, the important features include the designs with MCCSs and the simulation of microcrystalline membrane’s reflectivity. The simulation was used for evaluation the reflective efficiency before the production of mold. According the simulation results, the better microcrystalline membrane designs have been produced and saved a lot of production cost. Finally, we have successfully fabricated the reflective microcrystalline membrane with MCCSs. Results shown that the better reflective efficiency of the microcrystalline membrane can be obtained due to the improvement in origin cube corner model design.
