生物擔體與不織布薄膜技術應用於洗車廢水回收再利用之研究

摘要


依交通部機動車輛登記顯示,至99年4月底止,國內小汽車之總量資料已登記有570萬台,國內大小專業洗車場亦日漸增加,每日洗車用水量高達6萬公噸以上,而傳統洗車廢水處理技術多數無法確實去除水中懸浮固體物及有機物,除導致洗車機設備之噴嘴為生物性堵塞,洗車之排放水未能符合排放標準外,無法直接進行線上水回收再利用,並浪費寶貴之水資源,與造成對大自然環境之衝擊。 本研究係以中油公司加油站洗車廢水回收再利用為例,採用BioMF專利技術,先以BioNET去除水中有機物與攔截大粒徑懸浮微粒,後段再以微過濾膜去除懸浮微粒,使水質轉換可直接回收再利用之規格。 實驗數據得知,原洗車廢水COD之平均濃度為67 mg/L、SS之平均濃度為 230 mg/L;經由BioMF處理後,出流水COD濃度小於20 mg/L;SS濃度小於10 mg/L。由檢驗證實,經以上處理程序確實能有效去除廢水中COD、SS,達到主管機關規定洗車場之放流水標準,更可進行洗車廢水回收再利用,節約用水,保護珍貴之水資源。 本研究另建立一標準化之模組,降低設備成本,提高廢水回收之效能,俾能廣泛推行至加油站之洗車廢水之回收再利用

Motor vehicle registration by the Ministry of Communications show, to the end of April 2010 only, the total quantity of domestic cars information has been registered 5.7 million units, while domestic size of the professional car wash is also increasing daily consumption of water washing up to 60,000 tons, The majority of the traditional car washing wastewater treatment technology can not really remove the suspended solids and organic matter in water, in addition to leading to washing machine equipment for the biological plug nozzle, car washing wastewater not meet the discharge standards, no direct line of water recycling, and a waste of valuable water resources, and the resulting impact on the natural environment. Therefore, this study was to Chinese Petroleum Corporation gas station car wash water recycling and reuse, for example, BioMF patented technology, first to BioNET organic matter removal and blocking large size of suspended particles, then the later part of the micro filtration membrane to remove suspended particles, so that water can be directly recycled with the specifications. Accroding the experimental data, the average car wash wastewater COD concentration of 67mg/L, SS average concentration of 230 mg/L. By BioMF treatment, effluent COD concentration was less than 20 mg/L; SS concentration less than 10 mg/L. Confirmed by the test; this experiment has been effective in removing COD, SS, to the competent authority effluent standards for car wash, car washing wastewater can be recycled, water conservation, the protection of precious water resources. In addition, this study has been established a standardized module, it is to reduce equipment costs, improve performance of water recycling to widely implemented to the gas station car wash wastewater recycling.
