無溶劑可UV光固化聚氨基丙烯酸酯彈性體之合成和性質探討

摘要


本研究以多元醇、異氰酸酯加入丙烯酸酯合成聚氨基丙烯酸酯。以聚四亞甲基醚二醇(PTMEG)加入不同莫耳數的聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL),進一步討論其莫耳數比的變化對於紫外光固化後基本性質。照光時間為20秒,使樣品完全固化。本研究使用傅立葉轉紅外線光譜儀(FTIR)、核磁共振儀(NMR)來鑑定聚氨基丙烯酸酯結構。用示差掃描熱分析儀(DSC)、熱微分重量分析儀(TGA)、凝膠滲透層析(GPC)、應力應變測試、及硬度等作物性分析。 隨著聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)佔多元醇莫耳比越多,其硬鏈段的重量含量(H.S.wt%)就隨之上升,且分子間極性作用力越小,其耐熱解性質越低。隨著聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)佔多元醇莫耳比越多,其玻璃轉化溫度也稍微上升之外,其硬度也隨之越高。

In this study, the synthesis polyurethane acrylate of adding to the polyol、isocyanate and acrylate. Further, physical properties of this UV curable material type, the effects on properties by varying their molar rate of Poly(tetrahydrofuran) (PTMEG) with different molar the Polycarbonatediol (PCDL) were discussed. The samples were completely cured about 20 seconds by UV irradiating. In this study, the was analyzed by using Fourier transfer infrared spectrometers (FTIR), Nuclear agnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) to identify the structure of polyurethane acrylate. Using Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), Thermogravimetry analysis (TGA), Gel permeation chromatography (GPC), stress-strain test, and the hardness test to identify the property analysis. The thermal decomposition temperature was low with Polycarbonatediol(PCDL) of polyol ratio more rise because of the more with the weight of the hard segment content (H.S.wt%) and the smaller polar interactions between molecules. As the Polycarbonate diol (PCDL) accounted for more polyol molar ratio, it’s glass transition temperature also increased slightly, its hardness will be higher.
