奈米有機材料之合成研究

摘要


共軛導電高分子由於其獨特的單雙鍵交替共軛長鏈結構而具有導電性,常被應用於半導體光電元件、導電電極、電磁波遮蔽、抗靜電等。本實驗以十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)為乳化劑,HCl為摻雜酸,將吡咯單體於0℃進行乳化聚合得到聚吡咯導電高分子,分別探討乳化劑與摻雜劑濃度對導電度的影響,先以傅立葉轉換紅外線光譜(FTIR)確認其結構,再與聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)塑膠粒混摻,以四點探針量測導電率,並測試以不同比例之聚吡咯-PMMA比例導電薄膜的導電度變化。

The polymer chain of conjugated conducting polymer is constituted with alternating single bond double bond conjugated structure. The conjugated conducting polymer is often applied to semiconductor optoelectronic components, conductive electrodes, electromagnetic shielding, antistatic. In the first part, the polypyrrole nanopolymer was synthesized by emulsion polymerization. The polymerization temperature is 0℃,and DBSA was used to be surfactants. The physical properties were investigated by FT-IR. Then the polypyrrole was blending with PMMA and the Conductivity was measured by Conductivity Meter.
