無線化多氣體濃度監測系統之研製

摘要


隨著生活型態的改變,人們待在室內環境的時間約佔80%至90%,室內空氣品質的好壞,不僅對人體健康有害,甚至影響工作效率,例如二氧化碳,若濃度過高會刺激呼吸中樞造成呼吸困難等感覺,產生頭痛、嗜睡、倦怠。環保署在2011年11月公告「室內空氣品質管理法」的法規,公共場所需要定期檢測與公佈室內的空氣品質狀況,其檢測項目包含一氧化碳、二氧化碳、總揮發性有機化合物…等,使得室內空氣品質監測系統的建置勢在必行。但目前大多建築物並沒有設置相關偵測設備,若要架設偵測設備,則需要重新配線,或者更動建築物的室內裝潢,不僅配線麻煩,更會造成建置的成本提高。 因此,本研究提出一個『無線化多氣體濃度監測系統』之研究,針對幾項室內空氣汙染物,整合多種氣體感測器,包含一氧化碳、二氧化碳以及揮發性有機化合物等感測器,將氣體感測器與無線感測網路(Wireless Sensor Networks, WSN)的Node節點結合,藉由ZigBee無線模組將感測資料傳至Gateway收集,再經由Gateway的Wi-Fi模組將感測資料傳至後端平台處理,以無線通訊的方式解決配線不易的問題,提供使用者即時觀看監測狀況,若發現某種氣體濃度異常,便可立即做適當的處理。

Due to social and lifestyle changes, people stay in the indoor environment time which is about 80%~90%. Indoor air quality well or badly, not only harm the human health, but also affect the efficiency of the work. Such as carbon dioxide, the concentration will stimulate the respiratory center to cause dyspnea, headache, drowsiness and fatigue to influence the work efficiency. In November 2011, Environmental Protection Administration Executive Yuan announced regulations of “Indoor Air Quality Management Act”, public places must be regular monitoring and publishing the indoor air quality status, the monitoring project contains carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, total volatile organic compounds etc. Making the buildings indoor air quality monitoring system is imperative. But a lot of buildings do not set detection equipment, because high cost and difficult rewiring or changing the interiors of the building. Therefore, this research propose a “Design and implementation of wireless multi-gas concentration monitoring system”, focus on a few indoor air pollutants and integrate of a variety of gas sensors, contains carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and total volatile organic compounds etc. Combine of gas sensors and Node of wireless sensor network, the information with sensing will transmit to the Gateway to collect by ZigBee wireless module, and the sensing information transmit to the back-end platform for processing by Wi-Fi module of Gateway. Using wireless communication to resolve the problem with hard rewiring. Providing users with real-time monitoring status which will make the appropriate processing for founding the abnormal concentration of certain gases immediately.
