聚苯胺-奈米碳管與聚胺酯合成導電性複合材料鑑定與物性探討

摘要


本研究先以苯胺二聚體的苯胺利用氯化鐵為氧化劑聚合成苯胺四聚體,以分子量2900的醚型聚氧四亞甲基二醇先以電弧放電法加入奈米銀,再與二苯甲基二異氰酸鹽反應生成預聚物。之後以三乙基胺為催化劑將苯胺四聚體接在預聚合物的頭尾端形成共聚物。此階段改散聚苯胺易碎裂的性質。 將膜狀共聚物以溶劑二甲基甲醯胺溶解後,加入單壁碳管/多壁碳管。以十二烷基苯磺酸同時做為碳管分散劑與苯胺四聚體摻雜劑,烘乾成膜。形成具有彈性的奈米複合材料。 以兩點探針阻抗劑量測摻雜後奈米複合材料薄膜導電度,DMA的研究奈米複合材料的物性,利用漢堡的模型來模擬蠕變/恢復的行為。廣義預測得知共聚物分子量與分子量分佈熱分析性質以熱重分析探討熱裂解溫度,開齋節鑑定奈米複合材料的化學結構。

In this researcher, tetraaniline was synthesized by using dianline as monomer and FeCl3 as oxidant.prepolymer was synthesized with the 2900 of molecular weight of poly(tetramethyleneglycol) which use arc discharge method combing nano silver. and 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate ,ditetraaniline-capped copolymer was synthesized through reacting tetraaniline with prepolymer by catalyst of triethylamine. We improve the mechanical property of polyaniline in this step. Before addition Single-wall carbon nanotubes(SWNT)/Multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWNT), the copolymer of film was dissolved in N,N-Dimethyl -formamide(DMF) . Dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid (DBSA) not only as tetraaniline dopant but also the SWNT/MWNT dispersant. After drying, the nanocomposite that has elasticity will finish. Using the two-probe measure the conductivity for the conductive film. DMA investigate the physical properties of nanocomposites. the datas of creep/recovery was fitted by Burger’s model. GPC show the molecular weights and molecular weights distribution。 TGA analysis the thermal degradation behavior of nanocomposites.。UV/Vis instrument study the electronic properties of the doped nanocomposites. FTIR make sure the structures of nanocomposites chemical.
