外牆附置物固定端承載之研究-以分離式冷氣為例

摘要


分離式冷氣室外主機附置於建築外牆遞增不減之社會普及現象,除影響城市景觀風貌外,並使建築物本體產生劣化情形,嚴重者可能發生公共安全之意外,因此引發本研究針對社會現象探討分離式冷氣架設於建築外牆之承載受力情形,主要目的為了解在固定端之膨脹螺栓所能抵抗之承載力,並針對螺栓埋設混凝土結構之規範做基礎,建立分離式冷氣安裝評估準則。根據現調結果在完整街廓建築物外牆皆有冷氣附置情形,制式冷氣架安裝方式架設室外機為最多,其中以屋齡30~40年之老舊建築所占比例最高,其中發現以制式安裝架之構件,依實際安裝位置有不同組裝型式,將其分為七類型並計算各固定端受力情形,計算結果與螺栓製造商所試驗之極限抗拉力、極限抗剪力相比雖微不足道,但實際埋設在結構體之螺栓並非皆能符合規範,其可分為螺栓埋設之有效深度、兩螺栓間之有效間距以及離結構體邊緣之有效邊距,將會影響結構破壞範圍,因此針對制式安裝架以不同組裝型式、結構強度、螺栓之埋設有效深度、螺栓之最小間距及最小邊距等變因,建立分離式冷氣室外機安裝檢驗流程及自主檢查表,在安裝施作時施作者能依安裝流程與各施作注意事項進行作業。建築物之維護管理層面,建立公寓大廈分離式冷氣架設檢查表,由管理委員會或委外之管理單位針對大樓分離式冷氣室外機架設情形,瞭解各戶之裝設狀況,予以建議或改善整體大樓之架設情形。

It’s common to see the split air conditioners with mainframes installed exterior walls nowadays. This would not only destroy structure and appearance of building but also cause the public safety issue seriously. That is the reason bringing me to the research on bearing capability of accessory anchor bolts at exterior walls. The main purpose is understanding the supporting capacity of anchor bolt at fixed-end and setting the SOP for installation of split air conditioner with buried bolt in the concrete basis. According to the research, most split air conditioners were installed with typical steel frame fixed on exterior walls, and the ratio is high for the old building in age of 30 to 40 years. With the typical installing racks, they are categorized in seven types and calculated strength of fixed-end by actual position of installation in different assembling model. The result of calculation was not accurate as the limit value of tensile and shearing strengths tested by manufactories, but not all buried anchor bolt met the standard in fact. The effective depth, gap between bolts and effective range from edge of building would effect the breakdown point of construction it self. In conclusion, this study would set up a standard SOP and self check list to ensure a secured installation of split air conditioner as well as an effective maintenance and management.
