風力機械傳動魚塭加氧系統之研究

摘要


本研究目的為研發水平軸式風力機以皮帶輪傳動空壓機加氧系統之可行性,驗證台灣的平均風速下,使用電力公司所供電及此研發系統搭配使用是否可達到省能的作用。本實驗之設備分為實驗系統及量測系統兩大部分,其實驗系統以水平式風力機、水槽及加氧裝置所構成,另外量測系統以電力分析儀、轉速計、含氧計、Testo400及數據截取器及個人電腦所組成。實驗步驟先檢測商用空壓機加氧系統,在各個轉速下所產生的耗功、排氣量及溶氧量,是否符合水產標準的含氧量。若改為風力機傳動空壓機加氧系統,則以自製變頻風扇去模擬台灣的平均風速,在測量以三種不同葉輪尺寸去傳動空壓機加氧系統的風力機,其最佳的啟動風速及溶氧量。實驗結果得知檢測空壓機加氧系統轉速406.7 rpm時功率為234.5W,達到的溶氧量7.48mg/L已經符合標準水產標準的溶氧量5.5mg/L,則406.7 rpm至614 rpm中間所節省的能源效率為38%。若改用風力傳動得知尺寸小的葉輪,風扇在頻率45Hz時產生風速為5.06 m/s,即可使裝設小葉輪的風力機傳動空壓機加氧系統啟動,因此在風速不穩定情況下,可在最低的風速,達到的好的製氧效果,且本系統是直接利用風能轉動能,無需使用電能為本系統之特色。

If the wind turbine drive air compressor to increase oxygen system, Zeyi fan to simulate self-frequency conversion, the average wind speed in Taiwan, in the measurement of three different sizes to drive air compressor impeller increases oxygen system, wind turbine, its best start-up wind speed and dissolved oxygen. Experimental results show that detection of compressor speed 406.7 rpm plus oxygen system when power is 234.5 W, up the dissolved oxygen 7.48mg/L standard aquaculture standards have been met dissolved oxygen 5.5mg/L, 406.7 rpm to 614 rpm while the middle energy efficiency savings of 38%. If the switch to wind power and small size impeller drive that the fan in the frequency of 45Hz generated when wind speed is 5.06 m/s, you can make the installation of small wind turbine drive air compressor impeller increases oxygen system starts, so the instability in the wind , it can be in the lowest wind speed, to achieve good oxygen effect and the system is turning to wind energy directly, without the use of energy-based system characteristics.
