TFT-LCD廠公用事業空調冷卻系統用水節能效益研究

摘要


隨著原油售價屢創新高,國際間能源議題繼70年代能源危機之後,伴隨環保意識的提昇,再度重回主導國際間經濟與科技發展趨向之重要指標。除了再生能源開發運用外,既有能源使用效率的提昇與改善,結合環保減廢的理念已成為業界間首要推展的任務。 針對高耗能的空調領域,有關冷卻與冷凝的散熱技術普遍應用於現行各個產業,本研究針對冷卻水塔水質控制與廢水排放等環保議題、以及專用於熱傳流體輸送的機械幫浦之節能運轉分別加以探討,並就廣泛為業界製程所運用的空氣壓縮氣體設備,依運轉耗能改善等相關機制進行能源耗用分析,以及節能調整的效果印證。 本論文以TFT-LCD 3.5代廠房為應用例,依實際操作分別就各項探討議題規劃相關實驗與測試,以理論推導論證方式配合實務運用結果相互確效;並就運轉紀錄變化趨勢歸納統計,探討設備節能配件選用基準之評估依據與計算方式,以及水質管理中水質控制評估指標之運用等;最終回歸理論與實際的有效整合,將實驗前後系統能源耗用與投資效益,以比對分析步驟予以量化整理,並藉由相關實驗與探討之結論彙整,提供空調領域耗能探討及廠務系統節能管理之參考。

Recently the crude oil price always break the new record high and follow to rise up the consciousness of environmental protection, therefore the topic of international energy supply shortage succeed the energy crisis of the 70 era, will become the important bottle neck of the leading factor for the international economic, scientific and technological development trend once again. Not only develop to use the renewable energy but also upgrade the traditional energy service efficiency, improve and combine with environmental protection as well as the idea of waste reducing that all are already become the primary task in the industries at this moment. The cooling and condense heat dissipation technology in the field of high energy-consuming air condition that is popularly applied by the current industries, this study concentrates on the cooling water quality control and waste water discharge of cooling tower especially on the energy-saving of heat transfer fluid convey machine pump and in related the problems of environmental protection, in accordance with the mechanism of energy consume improvement to carry on the energy consuming analysis identification, separately to discuss the air compress equipment extensively to be used in the field of industry today, in order to achieve the effect of energy-saving justification. This study uses the factory of TFT-LCD 3.5 generations as the applied example, planning the relevant experiments and tests, in accordance with the practical operation, probe the items separately into the topic and derived the way of proving and comply with the practice results each other to identify and demonstrate the guidance of theory; in comply with the water quality assessment indicators, use the operation record trend variation regression statistics with calculation method, probe and evaluate the selection basis to use the energy-saving fittings of the equipment. Integrate the final regression theory and combined the real effect, orderly the experiment test results before and after, by the step of compare analysis and quantizing whole summation with the relevant experiments conclusion, probe the system energy consumption and the benefit of investment, offer to the energy consumption of air conditioner business field and for reference of the energy-saving on manufactory administration system.
