儲煤倉儲建築物排煙系統之研究

摘要


某港區內欲設計新建一棟倉儲建物,整棟建築物係依據「建築技術規則」及「各類場所消防安全設備設置標準」設計及施工,惟此棟建築物面積龐大,建築物高度甚高,且主要存放之物品係為原料煤,依現行相關法規需設置室內排煙設備,且原設計為室內機械排煙設備,因機械排煙設備包含風管、風機、運轉時之風壓等因素,同時考量所設置之機械排煙涉及粉塵爆炸及環保因素,其結構及設備部分需進行大量強化處理,擬更改原設計為自然排煙方式。本研究之主要目的係為避免影響建築結構,同時節省經費兼顧環保及安全,次要目的為針對設備設施及未來營運管理如:消防防護計畫及員工自衛編組等擬訂對策方案,希望經由學理之論述及藉由完整之評估分析,解決建築硬體設計施工之盲點。 本研究使用的方法除參考歷年來專家學者之研究相關文獻資料,詳細調查研究對象建築物基本資料,同時在不違反『建築法』、『消防法』及『各類場所消防安全設備設置標準』之原則下,利用煙控模擬軟體(FDS)進行煙控模擬,獲致最適切之煙控方法、最正確之避難評估分析、適當之消防設備及動作流程同時提出未來營運管理模式。

The method used in this study over the years, experts not only consider studying the relevant documents, detailed investigation of the object building basic information for the Building Code without violating 『Buildings Law』, 『the Fire Law, and the set of Fire safety equipment standard』 Principle, the use of Smoke control simulation software (FDS) for Smoke control simulation, the smoke was caused most appropriate control methods, the most accurate assessment of the refuge, the appropriate fire-fighting equipment and motor processes at the same time that future operations management.
