某港區內欲設計新建一棟倉儲建物,整棟建築物係依據「建築技術規則」及「各類場所消防安全設備設置標準」設計及施工,惟此棟建築物面積龐大,建築物高度甚高,且主要存放之物品係為原料煤,依現行相關法規需設置室內排煙設備,且原設計為室內機械排煙設備,因機械排煙設備包含風管、風機、運轉時之風壓等因素,同時考量所設置之機械排煙涉及粉塵爆炸及環保因素,其結構及設備部分需進行大量強化處理,擬更改原設計為自然排煙方式。本研究之主要目的係為避免影響建築結構,同時節省經費兼顧環保及安全,次要目的為針對設備設施及未來營運管理如:消防防護計畫及員工自衛編組等擬訂對策方案,希望經由學理之論述及藉由完整之評估分析,解決建築硬體設計施工之盲點。 本研究使用的方法除參考歷年來專家學者之研究相關文獻資料,詳細調查研究對象建築物基本資料,同時在不違反『建築法』、『消防法』及『各類場所消防安全設備設置標準』之原則下,利用煙控模擬軟體(FDS)進行煙控模擬,獲致最適切之煙控方法、最正確之避難評估分析、適當之消防設備及動作流程同時提出未來營運管理模式。
