近年來台灣製鞋產業的角色逐漸從生產者轉變為設計者,專案內容比以往龐大複雜許多,存取的資訊量也相對增加;在此趨勢下,國內多數企業皆缺乏一個有效的機制方便企業管理所需的知識並分享,導致發生重工、無法縮短交期、降低成本等問題而錯失市場競爭力;因此,導入一個有效的知識管理系統,使企業知識可以有效儲存並分享,以輔助專案執行便是企業首要任務之一。 本論文是以滿足製鞋產業為例,定義出製鞋業的「系列產品之展開」與新產品開發階段的「知識脈絡」,並將分析結果架構於既有的系統管理平台之上,以建構出將知識與流程、組織有效結合的知識管理系統。利用這套系統,可以幫助企業對知識做更有效的配置與分享,與流程的結合讓開發人員更迅速掌握工作所需知識,有效增加專案開發的工作效率,以更短的時間與支出達到設計開發的目標。
In recent years, the Taiwan shoes industry's role gradually from the producer changes for designer, the project's content is huge and complex many in the past, the deposit information quantity also relatively increased. Under this tendency, the domestic most enterprises all lack of an effective mechanism convenient enterprise administration center need knowledge and share, causes unceasingly to have such as the rework, to be unable to reduce lead time, reduces cost for problem but miss market competitive power. Therefore, implement an effective knowledge management system is one of enterprise most important tasks. This paper is as contented shoes industry for example, definition shoes industry's "Product Definition" With New Product development phase's "Knowledge Context", and will analyze result overhead construction to above the system administration platform which already will have, will construct constructs the knowledge and the flow, the organization effective union knowledge management system. Using this set of system, may help the enterprise to make a more effective disposition and the share to the knowledge, achieves the design development by a shorter time and the disbursement the goal.
