摘要

近年來，由於電腦與網路相關技術之蓬勃發展，如何藉由電子化整合平台的輔助，同時滿足資訊製作、資訊蒐集、資訊溝通與資訊管理的需求，為現今製造業在邁向電子化企業所必須面對的挑戰。本篇論文將針對當前企業經營管理的重點，包括專案管理、知識管理與協同運作，並運用資訊技術落實，建置出一套整合性電子化平台。
整合性的專案管理系統平台幫助企業達到以下幾點效益：1.專案開發過程中減少重工的機會；2.完善的知識管理架構；3.彈性調整系統運作流程；4.整合性系統。透過此平台，將不同的產業知識套入，即可建置為企業量身打造的資訊系統。

In recent years, because computer and network correlation technology vigorous development, how does the affiliation by the electron conformity platform assistance, simultaneously satisfy the information manufacture, the information collection, the information communication and the information management demand, is stepping the challenge for the nowadays manufacturing industry which must face to the electron enterprise. This paper will aim at the current enterprise to manage the management the key point, including the special case management, the knowledge management and the coordination operation, and using the information technology realization, will establish set of integrated electrons platforms.
Integrated the special case management system management system platform help enterprise achieves following several benefits: 1. In the special case performance history reduces the heavy industry the opportunity; 2. Consummation knowledge management overhead construction; 3. Elasticity regulating system operation flow; 4. Integrated system. Penetrates this platform, the different industrial knowledge wrap will enter, then will establish for the enterprise measures the information system which the body will make.
