運動製冷製熱系統之研究

摘要


本研究之目的,在於研發跑步機直接傳動冷凍循環系統製冷製熱裝置之可行性,驗證跑步機不但具有運動健身之效果,另一方面又可將運動時身體所產生之動能加以利用,經冷凍循環之原理將常溫之水轉換成熱水及冰水,供飲用或其它用途。此種由跑步機直接傳動冷凍循環系統之效率為佳,比跑步機先帶動發電機再間接傳動冷凍系統高出一倍,而利用冷媒之相態改變現象所獲得之製冷製熱效果頗佳,此種系統以人力為動力源可達到運動的目的外,又可獲得附加價值,本實驗使用R-134a、R-22、碳氫冷媒(R-600a 50%+R-290 50%) 三種不同的冷媒,經由實際人力傳動方式進行運轉,以尋求最適合於人力傳動的冷媒。為使本實驗測試的範圍更廣闊、快速,在測試時之動力採用具有變頻調速功能之電動機。在取得最適合之冷媒後,繼由人體實驗進一步作測試,以獲得製冷製熱效果之相關數據,以作為研究分析的依據。實驗結果顯示,以R-134a 之製冷製熱效果最佳,由人體實際測試結果發現跑步30分鐘,可將 1 公斤的水平均溫度下降 8℃,製冷效果出 36.25 kJ的熱量,在製熱方面可將 2公斤的水溫度上升 14℃製熱效果116.67 kJ的熱量。由上列數據即可證明跑步機所直接傳動之冷凍系統確實能達到製冷製熱之獲益。

The study aims at the implementation on treadmills directly transmitting refrigeration system of producing chiller and hot water. To clarify that the health bikes not only reach the purpose of maintaining health, but also exchange the normal temperature water into hot or chiller water bestowing from the kinetic energy during exercising. The product of hot or chiller water could be taken for drinking purpose or other regards. Transmitting the refrigeration system by treadmills have one times efficiency more than initially transiting dynamo then indirectly transmitting refrigeration system. This system takes labor power as the kinetic sources, which not only reach the exercise purpose but also possess additional value. This experiment applies three different refrigerants containing R-134a, R-22, hydrocarbon refrigerant (R-600a 50%+R-290 50%). Utilizing the phase change of refrigerants to produce hot and cold is an effective method. Three diverse refrigerant recycles are transmitted by labor power, which seeks for the most suitable refrigerant. In order to make the scope of the measurement wide and quick, this study adopts an electronic motor possesses constant pressure function. After obtaining the applicable refrigerant which further applies on human, the acquiring data would serve as the basis of research analysis. The experiment shows that R-134a is the most effective method to produce chiller and hot water other than R-22 and hydrogen carbon refrigerant. The result of testing on the human indicates that running about 30 minutes drops 8℃ of the average temperature in the 1 kg water and releases 36.25kJ calories. In terms of inventing the hot, running about 30 minutes raises the water about 14℃absorbing 116.67 kJ calories. This power is completely transferred from the calories of chiller and hot water. The result of the experiment was that directly transmitting refrigeration system by treadmills can actually obtain the goal of producing chiller and hot water.
