亞熱帶地區滑冰場冷凍系統技術之探討

摘要


滑冰為一種國際型高級運動項目,由於地埋氣候環境的限制下,在過去擁有此項運動場所都為高緯度寒冷或溫帶已開發國家,對於亞熱帶高溫高濕開發中的國家尚無此項運動場所。國內對於滑冰場之相關文獻研究非常少,而國外之相關文獻也只利用於氣流模擬預測滑冰場中氣流溫度分佈以及空氣品質(IAQ)等。由於環境條件下差異,因此引用他們的先進科技技術應用於台灣,有修正與再驗證之必要。在此環境條件下,對於滑冰場規劃與設計面臨困難與挑戰。其設計與運作最主要的問題包括室內天花板、結構物結霜滴水、並伴隨溫升影響冰面平滑度、冰層上方空氣結霧造成觀眾與比賽選手視覺上困難、維持冰層厚度與均勻、能源耗用等等。但由於國人生活品質不斷地進步下,滑冰場是必如雨後春苟般的興起,因此為了建立國內此項專業技術了解是有必須加以探討的重要課題。 因此本論文中,以台北市小巨蛋室內滑冰場為例,針對副館滑冰場冰層利用熱傳之熱阻觀念,針對不同環境參數的變化下,探討對於表面冰層的影響,並從中期望探討出鹵水主機提供最佳運轉溫度、鹵水主機能源消耗等問題。 並且以台北小巨蛋滑冰場案例, 探討應用於亞熱帶高溫高濕氣候環境下之冷凍系統技術基本要領。

Skiing is a kind of international sports. Due to the limitations of geography and climate, ice rinks for skiing in the past were mainly owned by the developed countries in frigid or temperate zone. The developing counties in subtropical zone did not have similar ice rink for skiing. On the other hand, because relevant literatures in Taiwan are scarce and related researches in other countries are only used for Analysis and modeling of air distribution calculate that indoor air distribution and indoor air quality in ice rink and so forth, it is necessary to revise and re-testify the application of foreign technology in Taiwan which is in a different environment from those countries. In this condition, the plan and design of ice rink face lots difficulties and challenges The major problems regarding design and operation include indoor ceiling and the structure frosting、as well as indoor ice rink visibility’s unsavoriness、maintaining the thickness and balance of ice、waste of energy and so on. Moreover, since the life quality of Taiwanese people progresses continuously, it is anticipated that ice rinks will increase rapidly in the future. As a result, it is important to establish understanding of the expertise for domestic researchers. In the present study, based on the example of Taipei Arena, the researcher emphasized on the ice rink for Taipei Arena use thermal resistance for heat and mass transfer to investigate the influences of surface ice under different conditions charge. Also, problems about the most suitable temperature of the operation of brine water chiller, the waste of brine water chiller energy, and so forth. Finally, the study provides fundamental application and design of refrigeration system for the ice rinks in subtropical zone where the climate is often hot and humid.
