燃油鍋爐在化學工業和電廠中扮演一個極為重要的角色,其用途在於供給熱能。石化燃料的燃燒,煙氣對鍋爐的熱傳,鍋爐中壓力及燃油量的控制,都會影響操作時的穩定,使得壓力超出容許的範圍,進而造成危險。所以利用電腦程式模擬真實鍋爐的情況,有助於設備人員對鍋爐的瞭解,降低事故發生的機率。本研究希望利用個人電腦開發一座自然循環水管式鍋爐動態模擬程式。 程式的建構是將燃油鍋爐中質量,能量平衡方程式,燃燒熱平衡及飽和狀態下的熱力學性質加以整理,建立數個副程式模組,利用Visual Basic 2005撰寫程式,並加入壓力控制器對鍋爐燃油流量進行控制,以避免壓力變化過於劇烈。 從模擬結果得知開發完成的燃油鍋爐動態程式已可以表現出真實鍋爐在各種擾動下各項變數的應答。
Oil-fired boilers play important roles in chemical industry and power plant, the main purpose is to provide heat energy. Fuel burning, the heat transfer for flue gas to boiler, pressure in boiler and control of fuel flow rate will influence stability of operation and may cause pressure over the allowable range. Therefore, simulating real boiler by computer program can help engineers more familiar with boiler, and decrease the frequency of accident consequentially. This research developed a dynamic simulation program of natural circulation water-tube boiler. Developing program with solving the mass balance, energy balance, heat balance of firing, arranging the thermodynamic property of saturated state, and then construct them into a series of subroutine models. Visual Basic 2005 was used to develop the program. The pressure controller was used to control fuel flow rate. From the result, the program can simulate the response of boiler output variables under disturbances.
