新式奈米多孔表面鈦金屬植體之早期穩定度分析

摘要


本研究目的是採用電腦輔助工程進行SLAffinity 表面處理之人工牙根穩定性與 應力分佈之觀察。使用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)和原子力顯微鏡(AFM)觀測 SLAffinity 之表面形貌。SLAffinity 之表面之微結構通過X 射線分析其成分,而 硬度採用奈米壓痕測量。結果發現表面處理做顯著影響表面形貌與人工牙根在植 入人體下顎骨後之應力分布,由電腦輔助分析結果觀察到SLAffinity 人工牙根之 應力值相較於未經過表面處理之值體呈現顯著之低應力,SLAffinity 之奈米薄膜 被證實是擁有應力釋放之能力,SLAffinity 表面處理技術有增強骨整合之特性, 特別是應用於骨密度較差之患者。如上所述,本研究之結果顯示SLAffinity 表面 處理技術可為臨床上人工牙根手術帶來效益。

The aim of the present study was to examine the stress distribution in the computeraided program to investigate the stability for implants with SLAffinity-treated surface. The morphologies of SLAffinity-treated surfaces were characterized using scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. The microstructures were examined by X-ray diffraction, and hardness was measured by nano-indentation. The results found that surface treatment did affect the early osseointegration significantly. Comparison of the stress distributions showed that the SLAffinity-treated implants presented significantly lower values than untreated implants. SLAffinity-treated implants also proved successful stress releasing capability. The SLAffinity treatments enhanced osseointegration significantly, especially at early stages of bone tissue healing. As described above, the results of the present study ensured the SLAffinity treatment was a reliable surface treatment.
