統合式醫療訊息服務系統

摘要


現今醫療型態逐漸朝向預防醫學與復健醫學發展,這代表著原本的醫療服務也會隨著醫療型態的變化而改變,面對這種型態的改變,醫療資訊系統也勢必會面對需求的出現而作必要修改或異動。本研究是以訊息導向(Message-Oriented)為基礎,並結合訊息服務(Message Service)平台及行動通訊(Mobile Communication)機制的特性以面對醫療資訊服務延伸至院外的型態。在醫院內上存在著各種訊息(message),而如何在這些訊息中作有效管理及應用以及如何讓使用者能便利、快速的取得訊息,而不再因時、因地、因環境的影響使得訊息的接收變的困難及不便;故對不同的訊息管道之運作整合並且協助醫院降低管理成本、提供更具彈性及個人化的應用方案,促進更優越的醫療服務品質。

Today, the trend of medical type’s development towards prevention and rehabilitation medicine, which represents the medical health service will then need to be changed accordingly. Facing such change of medical type, the medical information system has to be modified or varied to meet related requirements and demand. This research is based on message-oriented and connected with the mechanism of message service platform and the characteristics of mobile communication to handle extensive medical services out of hospitals for patients. Nevertheless, all different types of messages are stored in hospital, we provide in this research the system solution where applies and manages effectively messages in order to enable users can receive timely and correctly message in need. There will be no more barriers for users to access messages crossing various geographical environment and time. Further, with the integration of various messages channels, it will be much helpful for hospital to reduce managerial cost and provide more personalized and flexible application solution to enhance the high quality of medical health services.
