本研究之目的在於了解民眾對於應用網際網路進行個人健康檢查資料管理的使用情形及滿意度,並探討民眾對網際網路進行個人健康檢查資料管理應用情形及其相關的影響因素,以便提供有意發展網際網路進行個人健康檢查資料管理之醫療機構參考。 本研究以1000名同意將個人健康檢查資料放於個案機構網站上之曾經就診對象,進行郵寄問卷,有效回收數為494份(49.4%)。資料回收後,針對個人特質、上網使用特質及網站特質進行描述性統計分析,以及推論性統計分析。 本研究的主要發現如下: 一、網際網路的使用與收入、學歷、年齡在本研究無顯著性差異,利用網際網路搜尋健康資訊成為國人的生活習慣似已逐漸形成。 二、民眾對自己健康注意程度與身體健康檢查的頻率二項因素對上網查詢健康檢查報告的次數有顯著影響。 三、網站內容的豐富程度、瀏覽速度、優惠活動與上網地點對網站使用的的滿意度有顯著影響。 根據本研究結果,建議有意應用網際網路進行健康檢查資料管理的醫療機構業者,應強化網站瀏覽速度及增加網站內容的豐富程度並多舉辦優惠活動,如此才能增加與民眾互動的機制,並能對機構的業務產生正面提昇的功能。
The purpose of this research is to investigate the customer’s frequency and satisfaction of using internet to manage people’s health examination data and also to explore the influence factors of their use & satisfaction . This research surveyed 1000 persons who agree to put their health examination data in the internetof the case organization. The response rate was 49.4%. The individual chracteristics, user chracteristics, and the webside attraction, etc, were asked in the qustionnaire. The descriptive & analytical statistics were done. This research also compares the contents and the functions of websites of Taipei medical organization in March of 2003 and March of 2004. All most have constant development to the contents. The main results of this research are listed below: 1. There are no significant differences between different gender, income, education level, and age. It indicates that internet using is kind of general habits among different charactristic groups. 2. Those people who pay higher attention to their health will do check their health examination & also check their health examination results more often.. 3. The contents is rich or not, speeds, promotions and the position of use etc., They are big influence to the degree of satisfy to the web site. I suggest that the healthcare organization’s intend to let customers use internet to manage their health examination results. Should both build up the interactive systems & service model, enrich of websites.
