泵是工業的心臟。台灣泵製造業本身卻患了虛弱症,其產品之品質及層次 均低,以致於造成今日處處仰賴外貨之局面。因此,自行研究設計及開發 高效率及高品質之泵為刻不容緩之事。管中所使用之泵多為離心式,因其 性能較轉動式及往復式優良。本論文研究範圍將包括(1)收集相關離心式 之論文以充實理論背景, (2)建立實驗數據及經驗公式資料庫,(3)葉輪 及泵殼曲面設計流程,(4)電腦輔助設計軟體之建立,(5)(5)葉輪 3-D 幾 何曲面之建立。本論文完成後可協助專案建立完整的設計流程。所開發出 的 3-D 葉輪幾何曲面電腦程式,將可應用至未來流場分析及有限元素結 構應力分析方面。
The pump is the heart of industry. However, the pump manufacturers in Taiwan is so weak in technology and thus most are low grade products. All of the high quality pumps are imported. Therefore, it is imminent to have the ability in order to develop high grade pumps with high efficiency for our industry users. Most of the pumps used in the piping system are centrifugal pumps for their better performance than others. The content of present research report includes: 1) collect related papers and experimental data(include empirical formulas) in centrifugal pumps, 2) set up design flow chart for centrifugal pump casing and impellers , 3) set up computer aided design system for the impellers and 4) develop 3-D curved blade surface computer program. The completion of the present research may assist the main project in the task of impeller design procedure. The developed 3-D curved blade surface computer program is a useful tool in future flow field analysis and blade structure stress analysis.
