並行工程環境下之物件導向特徵為基車床數值程式碼產生刀具動路模擬系統

摘要


本研究主在並行工程的環境下,援用物件導向策略規劃,研發一套配合整 合電腦輔助設計�製程規劃�製造的車床 NC 程式產生與刀具動路動畫模 擬系統。本研究研發之系統可直接從特徵為基設計系統與製程規劃專家系 統所建構的物徵為基工件模式中,提取工件加工特徵資訊,然後進行切削 規劃。於規劃期間系統需辨識工件是否存在凹陷區塊,並將此區塊分解成 獨立的切削區塊。系統再針對所分解的區塊外形幾何資料,自動地從加工 資料庫中選取加工此凹陷區域的刀具與切削參數,並進行路徑的規劃以避 免刀具與工件的干涉。經由路徑規劃產出的刀具路徑可依製程規劃所選定 的加工機器,產生該機器適用的 NC 碼。使用者可將系統所產生的 NC 碼 逕行餵入刀具動路動畫模擬器中,進行工件的切削模擬。模擬過程中系統 先求取刀具行進時的影響區域,再與工件外形做交切運算,求得工件的即 時外形以電腦繪圖方式顯示切削時工件外形的變化。最後再將模擬切削外 行與原工件的設計外形做比對,並計算出相對的誤差提供使用者作為設計 變更或製程變更的依據,以進行設計及製造的並行工程。

This thesis presents a NC lathe cutter path generation and simulation system, to facilitate concurrent engineering. The system directly uses NC feature data from an object-oriented feature-based part model, which is created from feature-based design system and process planning expert system. The system examines recess areas from the planned cutting regions of a rt model and decomposes the cutting region into several cutting blocks. The Cutting block is thus planned with cutter path. During the process planning, cutters are selected based on the geometrical shapes of the deomposed cutting blocks.ntly, the system generates a cutter path for each cutting block and translates the path inot NC codes. The generated NCis thus fed into the simulation system to animate cutting process to verify the resulting NC codes. Finally, the system compares the manufactured profile of the workpiece with the designated one to provide feedback information for part designers or process planners.
