CAN-BUS網路鋼板熱軋實時監控系統

摘要


鋼鐵為工業之母,對產業關聯效果最大,其中熱軋鋼廠年產值高達數百億元,如何解決現有的軋延問題、改善軋延生產技術,以增加鋼板產量與熱軋品質,可以產生極大的經濟利益。而熱軋精度更是品質的重要指標。在眾多影響精度的原因中,軋延溫度的變化往往會造成出口板型厚度與結晶的變異,其中精軋區溫度控制系統決定厚度與品質的關鍵。 精軋區溫度控制機制為:將精軋區各量測點資料如溫度、灑水量等,輸入熱傳模擬模型,估算下一點溫度,控制軋延速度與冷卻水量,以控制鋼板厚度。然而熱軋廠生產線距離動輒上百公尺,量測點散佈廠房各處,需要一個實時的通訊架構將各點量測資料實時回傳模擬電腦。 本論文開發完成一個以實時網路為基礎的熱軋溫度監控資料傳輸系統,此傳輸系統以xPCTarget為作業系統發展人機介面與系統整合,配合CAN(Controller Area Network)Bus為基礎之實時網路,實現資料實時傳送接收,中斷處理等工作,提高精軋機溫度控制運算的精確度。在監控端資料顯示與紀錄部分,藉由Visual Basic與National Instruments兩套軟體建立的人機介面提供使用者更方便簡單的操作介面,實時下載程式、追蹤信息與儲存資料。實驗部分包括多站台實時中斷、傳輸驗證,系統飽和傳輸率驗證,遠距離傳輸實測與人機介面資料追蹤驗證,說明了此實時網路傳輸系統的設計架構並完成實驗整合,研究結果顯示:應用CAN bus之實時控制網路於熱軋機溫度控制系統,具有配線簡易、易於擴充、多筆資料實時傳輸、傳輸距離遠等多重優點,將是未來實時網路控制技術發展的方向。

Steel, the foundation of industry, influences industry the most. The output value of hot rolling mill is upon to hundreds of millions per year. It will improve the rate of production and the quality of steel by reforming the technique of hot rolling, and will also make profitability. The precision of hot rolling manufacturing is the key point of the production quality. Various factors, especially the temperature changing, cause the inaccuracy of final rolling thickness and the variation of crystal chemistry. Consequently, the quality of steel is direct influenced by the control of temperature. The principle of temperature control is to input the real data from the finishing milling machines, such as temperature and quantity of the spraying water, to a thermal model for predicting the temperature at the next node. By the calculated temperature, computers can control the speed of rolling and the quantity of cooling water for keeping the thickness of steel. However, the length of the hot rolling machines exceeds hundreds of meters, and measurementing sites are around the hot rolling mill. In order to measure the online data and transmit them to the main control computer in real time, we need a real time distributed control system of communication network. This paper proposed a hot rolling mill real time control system based on CAN (Controller Area Network) communication network, which can run on xPC Target real time system. Transmitting and receiving of messages are triggered by hardware interrupt from CAN controllers for achieving the aim of real time supervisory control apparatus. Thus the precision of measurements of hot rolling mill temperature control system can be improved. The user interface, set up by Visual Basic and National Instruments, makes a much more friendly conditions for signal tracing, data saving, program loading and so on. Moreover, through numerous experiments including full transmit period, RTR interrupt to transmit RTR frame and get data back, even from far distance. The self-developed CAN bus modules has verified its usability on network and program, which will be the trend of real time control system of communication network oncoming.
