摘要

本研究主要討論台灣筆記型電腦產業之供應鏈管理上之特性，發展一檢測計畫。供貨之管理實為提昇產品質及競爭力之關鍵要素，故本研究在考量成本因素下，發展一可達到品質提昇之檢測計劃。研究之方法以決定關鍵屬性測試工作、工作之重複次數以及測試工作之排列方式來建構一最佳之檢測行程。再者針對產業之特性結合多屬性抽樣計劃而完成一完整之檢測計劃。本檢測計劃之品質表現上，於測試行程中每一個測試工作完成後，計算其品質水準漸進的變化與改善之幅度。成本的表現上，除估算出經測後之允收與拒收之顯露在外的成本外，亦估算因檢測誤造成之隱藏於內的機會成本。

The purpose of this study is to construct an inspection plan of supply chain management of Notebook industry that will make Notebook Companies have lower cost and high quality supplement. In highly competitive environment, supplement management is the key factor of improving quality and competition.
This thesis mainly combined inspection schedule and sampling plan to develop a complete inspection plan. By solving the following questions, what tests should be selected, how many times should a test be conducted, in what sequence should selected tests be carried out, the inspection schedule can be constructed. Forward, a component often requires inspection on the its characteristics, the sampling plan should be multicharacteristic.
In quality performance of this inspection plan, the improvement of quality express after each inspection works. In cost performance, to pursue more exact cost, the cost computation includes opportunity cost and normal cost.
