印刷電路板製程改善及蝕刻液回收效益研究

摘要


線路蝕刻液於印刷電路板(PCB)製程中為重要化學品。而蝕刻廢液原為含有重金屬之有害事業廢棄物,近年來隨著工業減廢、回收再利用環保政策及資源化技術之推廣,電路板蝕刻廢液已變為可再利用回收之重要資源;如以化學置換程序回收氯化銅蝕刻廢液,除可回收金屬銅之外,反應後其回收液亦可進一步製成混凝劑。本研究介紹除PCB製程相關技術外,也針對蝕刻液種類及廢液回收方法做相關的整理,並針對鴻達公司生產PCB的製程及選用的鹼性氯化銨蝕刻液作分析以及下游回收廠的回收製程做進一步的研究。研究顯示,蝕刻設備與蝕刻液改善適當,除可提高製程能力及品質改善外;另以資源再利用方式處置考量,使得印刷電路板業之含銅蝕刻廢液對環境的污染能夠降至最低程度。此對環境保護具有正面效益;且其收益對整體產業經濟及社會而言,對重振國內低迷之景氣具有極大意義。

Circuit etching liquid was important chemicals of Printed circuit board (PCB). Wasted etching liquid containing copper ion, metal copper can be recovery and the etching liquid can revive. In this study, we summarize the different procedures of PCB manufacture and the properties etching liquids and recovery techniques. For the Hong Da Electronics company, alkaline ammonium chloride was using as etching liquid. We do further research of PCB manufacture about Hong Da company and the waste ammonium chloride etching liquid recovery techniques and product by Beneut enterprise. The qualities can raise by the improvement of equipment and etchants. Besides, the recycling of copper and etching liquid lower the environmental pollutions.
