印刷電路板產品組合最適化決策之研究

摘要


印刷電路板產業競爭愈趨激烈,面對高投資與快速變動的市場環境,制定一有效且有助於保持長期競爭力的決策便成為企業發展的重要關鍵。本研究將結合產能限制及委外考量,在需求變動與生產良率等風險因素考量下,利用模擬最佳化方法企圖求取產品組合的最佳解,以作為企業在尋找利基市場、擴廠議題等決策上之決策依據。再者,本研究為改善運行模擬最佳化所需耗費的龐大時間成本,將導入分散式計算架構,並對其成效作相關討論。

The competition of printed circuit board industry is getting more and more violent. Facing the high investment and dynamic market environment, making an effective and helpful decision for keeping long term core competition is a key for enterprise development. In this research, we will apply simulation optimization technology to find out the optimal solution of product mix, which under capacity limit, outsourcing decision, and risk factors as dynamic demand and defective rate. This optimal solution can support the process of decision making, as find out the niche market and determine expand factory issue. Then, we will apply distributed computation technology to improve the performance of simulation optimization.
