In the past, among the work content of teacher performance-evaluation, the weights for rating of criteria and the rating scales for teachers arisen from human subjectivity were crisp numbers. Human procedure in measuring and judging a tercher''s performance is under uncertainty. In order to release the problem we face in the situation, we introduce a new method which can solve this difficulty. The Method is applied to integrate the fuzzy weights and rating scales. It supports an effective quantifing methodology. In this paper, by using the uncertain characteristic of the fuzzy methematics, the main contribution of this paer to propose a fuzzy weighted performance average method. The implementability of the method is shown in this thesis, using an institute as an example.
