以3D互動視覺化手法強化產品協同維修之研究

摘要


摘要 提供一個”更有效率”的產品維修是公司獲得顧客滿意度的重要關鍵。而在全球化競爭的大環境下,由於產品之區域性維修點與產品製造商之維修中心往往位於不同國家,因此產品維修通常需要結合身處各地的專家,共同協調討論以了解問題、找出原因並提出解決方法。 雖然目前協同溝通方式,如文字、影像、聲音和視訊都可以描述問題,但是這些方式都不足於互動地討論出問題點以及找出解決方式。關於這方面,因為3D 模型可以實體模擬在不同視角環境情況下產品狀況且可任意重複撥放,以觀看出問題點癥結處,具有說明詳盡的特性,所以本研究整合3D及互動式之視覺化呈現做為目前的溝通方式,以達到提供“更有效率”的產品維修之輔助。 當應用3D互動視覺技術於產品協同維修時,除了產品3D互動呈現外,3D畫面還必須能即時步傳輸,針對此點,本研究整合一即時同步3D互動視覺,以達確保遠端維修人員可以看到相同溝通畫面及流暢的溝通環境。另外,對於大型複雜產品無法將所有產品3D零件同時載入到電腦上呈現的問題,本研究將3D零件依維修需求建構一維修結構表,並以此維修結構表做為產品視覺化呈現之管理。最後,本研究將遠距維修雙方所傳送之互動指令紀錄成溝通文件,並將此溝通文件重新載入撥放,提供做為日後員工教育訓練及知識管理。 關鍵字 : 3D互動視覺化、產品協同維修

Abstract Effective and efficient product maintenance is critical for a company to retain high level of customer’s satisfaction. Product maintenance usually involves collaboration across countries and requires complicated skills to describe the problem, find out causes and work out a solution. Although the current communication media such as text description, voices, images, and videos are adequate for describing the problems, they are not adequate for interactively discussing the causing factors and finding a solution. For this purpose, often the 3D model of the product must be referred. By integrating a 3D, interactive visualization with the current communication contents, more effective collaborative maintenance environment could be achieved. This paper discusses the development and implementation of a collaborative 3D environment for product maintenance. Three major issues are addressed in this 3D collaborative environment. First, real-time, interactive 3D display required by a collaborative maintenance process is achieved by passing only the 3D commands rather than the 3D contents over the internet to provide a real-time communication environment. Secondly, visualization of products with hundreds or even thousands of parts is managed by controlling the 3D display with a product maintenance BOM. Thirdly, the collaborative maintenance process is recorded using the interaction text commands, which could be reloaded and replayed for educational or training purpose.
