三正辛胺浸漬樹脂吸著檸檬酸之平衡與動力學研究

摘要


本文是以n-Hexane為稀釋劑,將鹼性萃取劑(TOA)以乾式含浸法含浸到大孔 性的高分子樹脂 Amberlite XAD-4及XAD-16上,製備成萃取劑浸漬樹脂( Extractant - impregnated resin,EIR),將此 TOA- EIR 用以吸附水 溶液中的檸檬酸。首先,探討TOA-EIR 吸附檸檬酸的平衡關係,藉由改變 檸檬酸濃度、萃取劑濃度與操作溫度,觀察其對於平衡的影響。結果發現 對於 XAD - 4 / EIR系統而言,平衡吸附量會有最大值的出現,對於 XAD - 16 / EIR系統,平衡吸附量則是隨著檸檬酸與萃取劑濃度的增加而 增加。兩者的最大吸附量會隨著萃取劑濃度增加而增加,藉由 Langmuir 模式求得的平衡常數,進一步可求出吸附的反應熱。然後利用質量平衡的 關係和電腦的數值分析,計算出 EIR 相間的錯合物組成。接著,藉由改 變檸檬酸濃度、萃取劑濃度與操作溫度,觀察其對檸檬酸吸附速率的影響 ,結果發現,於XAD -4/EIR中反應初速率會隨著TOA濃度的變化有最高值 的出現,但對於 XAD-16/EIR卻是隨著其濃度增加的增加。本文不僅利用 Elovich equation求出反應速率式,亦求出反應的活化能約為 14(kcal/ mol)。

In this paper , the so-called TOA-impregnated resin(TOA-EIR) was prepared by physicaly impregnating tri-n-octylamine extractant onto the Amberlite XAD-4 and XAD-16 macroporous resins. These EIRs, were then applied to sorb citric acid from aqueous solutions.In the equilibrium experiments, the effects of the concentration of TOA, the initial concentraction of citric acid, and temperature on the sorption equilibrium were studide. In XAD-4/EIR system, the equilibrium capacity appeared a maximun amount, but for XAD-16/EIR system the equilibrium increases with both concentrations of TOA and citric acid. The maximun uptakes increases with the experimental temperature for both two EIR systems. For the sorption equilibrium data ,they could be fit by the Langmuir equation. The enthalpy and entropy change for these sorption reactions were also explained. The complex formed in the EIR phase were determined and the equilibrium constant for the formations of these complexes were evlauated with mass balance equation and numerically methods. Then, the sorption rates were studied, as a function of concentrations of TOA and citric acid, and temperature.The sorption mechanism could be explained by the Elovich equation. The rate expression and activation energy also were calculated.
