由於美國奇異公司推行Six Sigma品質改善方法成效卓著,許多國際知名企業紛紛群起效尤,國內企業亦於1999年起陸續跟進,本研究有鑒於此品質改善方法對於國內產業之結構轉型與產品競爭力提昇助益匪淺,故以國內某航太科技公司應用Six Sigma品質改善方法執行飛機零組件維修為案例,從其企業策略之擬訂、公司目標規劃與部門績效指標佈署出發,研究其如何利用Six Sigma品質改善方法之界定、衡量、分析、改善、控制五大改進循環,解決策略目標執行過程中所產生之問題,並針對其理論架構與實務應用方法進行分析研究。 本研究之主要貢獻為建構一個適合國內企業之Six Sigma品質系統應用範本模型,其結合Six Sigma品質系統前端之企業策略與後端之應用方法論,並依據實務經驗提出資料分析過程中容易發生之錯誤,提供有意導入Six Sigma品質系統之國內企業做為參考。
Owing to the success of GE that many enterprises implement the Six Sigma. Many enterprises in Taiwan also have been processing it since 1999. This thesis takes an aircraft’s component maintenance as an example to do the research, and starts it from strategy formulation, target establishment and key performance index (KPI) deployment. This research which was combined with both theory and practice to know how the enterprise implement the Six Sigma methodology to solve the problem that may occur in the implementation of the strategy. The major contribution of this study is to establish an application model appropriate to local enterprises, the model combined with enterprise’s strategy and the Six Sigma methodology. Besides, this study, by practical experience, provides a suggestion about data analysis method as a reference for local enterprises which intend to implement the Six Sigma system.
