採用ERP系統遴選之關鍵要素研究－以製造業為例

摘要

隨著科技進步，資訊系統對製造業也日漸重要。企業資源規劃系統(ERP)從1960年代的萌芽時期到如今穩定且成熟的階段，帶給企業莫大幫助，各企業也紛紛導入ERP系統，來提昇競爭力以因應全球快速變遷的時代。以桃園縣市工業區來說是北台灣工業重鎮，縣內有數千家企業分部於龜山、中壢、大園、觀音、幼獅、平鎮等地區，又配合中正國際機場及各大專院校之地理資源的優勢下，對台灣經濟而言是功不可沒，所以資訊系統的引進對企業而言更加重要。綜觀許多ERP系統方面之文獻，大多數著墨於ERP系統的導入與建置，卻很少探討ERP系統遴選的重要性。因為ERP系統遴選之好壞對企業而言攸關是否繼續生存，所以ERP系統的遴選必須建立一套評估標準，以做為企業在導入ERP系統前之基石。
本研究參考學者提出的理論架構、文獻及產業專家以整理出三大構面(廠商資源要素、系統技術與管理能力、企業決策要素，共31個遴選ERP系統之關鍵要素)，針對桃園縣市之工業區企業以問卷調查方式，瞭解桃園工業區之企業對於遴選ERP系統的關鍵要素為何？藉由本研究之結果，可提供企業遴選ERP系統時的一項參考指標。
研究結果發現在遴選ERP系統之廠商資源要素構面的關鍵要素為「售後服務的支援能力」、「系統開發的經驗與技術好壞」、「產業的專業知識與經驗能力」，系統技術與管理能力構面的關鍵要素為「系統的擴充性與彈性」、「與其他系統整合問題」、「系統的執行效率與穩定性」，企業決策要素構面的關鍵要素為「高階經營者對ERP系統的支持度」，共七個為桃園縣市工業區之企業在遴選ERP系統時的關鍵要素。

The information system has become more significant as time goes by for the manufacturing industry and helped many enterprises. ERP is becoming more mature and stable in its developing since 1960. In order to reach the speed of industry development and improve organization's competition capability, most enterprises are relying to the ERP system. For instance, the installation of ERP at CKS international airport, thousands of enterprises and many colleges located in the Tao-Yuang area(Gui-Shan,Chung-Li,Da-Yuan,Guan-Yin,Youth,Ping-Chen Industrial Park) provides a great benefit to the growth of Taiwan economy. Therefore, the creation of ERP system is significant to all the enterprises. Concluding all the documentary of ERP system, it mainly emphasizes on the setting up and adoption indication, but rarely discuss the importance of choosing right one. According to the key of choosing ERP, define an evaluation standard seems necessary enable for these enterprises have a standard to follow in picking the proper system.
This study is based on the specific expert's theory structures, documents, and industrial analyzer in which these experters have organized into 3 major points (the factory resources, system ability and management capability, enterprise decision making, and others in total of 31 of key elements of choosing ERP). The study is based on the survey of industries in Tao-Yuang area; and also the background of industries in this area on how they picking right ERP. From this study, enterprises can have a standard on how to choose the right ERP system.
According to the survey on these factories:capability of after service, the experience of developing this technology and knowledge,and experience in industry.the system technology and management keys includes system expansion capability and flexibility , problems of integrating with other systems,and performance and stability of system.the enterprise decision keys includes the support from upper management to their ERP. These 7 points were considered as keys of Tao-yuang area industries in choose ERP system.
