光散射斑點法應用於冷軋鋼板表面粗糙度之量測模式

摘要


運用光力學法之斑點現象來測量表面粗糙度,在理論和技術應用上都已漸 趨成熟,本論文之研究實驗,乃是以光散射斑點法做表面粗糙度量測,利 用冷軋鋼板表面不規則之粗糙形狀,使入射之雷射光產生散射,而散射之 雷射光的波面相位不規則的調變互相干涉,形成光強度明暗不規則的斑點 圖案,將雷射斑點圖經由光學統計理論的演算並配合影像處理,將其斑點 圖直接轉換成粗糙度所需的數據。並以統計學之相關係數來分析冷軋鋼板 之加工方向的粗糙度變化,亦考慮鋼板於動態下進行表面粗糙度之量測技 術相關研究。而實驗設備也從傳統使用之一維線陣列CCD攝影機推展到 二維面陣列CCD攝影機,並同時對自行裝設之備及實驗之相關參數進行 校正實驗以求得最佳的結果。本論文之目的在於解決實驗量測之困難,以 非接觸性之光學法,運用CCD攝影機,配合個人電腦及影像處理進行及 時計算,達到實際線上量測的功能,使其可直接適用於工業界之冷軋鋼板 製程中之品保控制。

The non-contact measuring technique which used to measure surface roughness has been developed in the last twenty years. The objective of this research is to employ the optical technique to the measurement of surface roughness in the cold rolling process. In order to satisfy the requirement of the surface roughness variation of the cold rolled products, the laser light scattering speckle technique is adopted. The incident laser light is reflected due to the surface irreqularity and the laser speckle pattern is formed at an observing plane due to the random wave-front phase. The laser speckle pattern on the observing plane is then transformed into the specific configuration of the surface roughness by using optical transform and optical statistical theory. Roughness variation in the manufacture direction of cold rolled sheet which make use of statistical correlation coefficient is considered. The other important factor which will influence the accuracy of optical measurement is the transmitting velocity of the cold rolled sheet in the rolling line. Experiment equipment is spread from one dimension line array to two dimension area array of the information from CCD camrea. Moreover, in accordance with experiment calibrate to each condition the most accurate result can be gotten. In harmony with CCD camera, personal computer and image processing, the non-contact optic method can perform the roughness measurement accurately in time and manipulate on the product line in the factory.
