表面粗糙度為冷軋製程中一個重要的參數,除了代表著冷軋成品之表面品質外,也透露了冷軋製程中一些相關參數的搭配與設定是否適當,如潤滑油種類、軋輥轉速及軋輥施力等。故冷軋過程中線上即時取得金屬表面粗糙度值,可以提供更改製程參數的之依據。以獲得較佳之產品品質。 本研究係以散斑圖統計法與鏡向反射強度法為基礎,發展出一套可直接應用於冷軋製程中表面粗糙度的線上量測系統。此系統涵蓋了不同材質、不同粗度範圍及不同量測模式,並包含了解決金屬表面披覆油膜之光柵型和亮面型兩種表面之影像問題,使得光學量測法更完整也更適合於線上量測。最後更在分別於靜態與實際線上動態量測得到驗證其可行性與精確度。
The increasing automation in cold rolling process demands improved techniques for quality control by means of fact and nondestructive surface roughness inspection. Due to the load and the wear of the roll the surface roughness of the product will be time-dependent. So we can provide possibilities for on-line optical monitoring of the surface condition. In fundamental of scattered pattern statistics method and specular intensity method, we developed a non-contact and real-time surface roughness measurement system that can apply to the process of cold rolling of metal sheet. This measurement system covers most kinds of metal materials, ranges of surface roughness and different measurement models. Also we solved problem, which measure surface roughness polish and grating type surface with oil film coating. Through static and dynamic on-line measurement, we can illustrate practicability and accuracy of this measurement surface roughness system.
