如何將新產品開發過程中優秀人才所累積之經驗能被儲存及分享給後續之專案同仁,並藉由知識管理將人才的內隱知識知識與技術加以轉化成外顯知識並透過儲存、分享及擴散來達到知識應用與創新是企業所面對的關鍵課題。 本研究藉由PLM系統方法論及資訊系統的輔助來建構新產品開發專案管理之知識管理,透過個案研究將新產品開發之專案管理、文件管理、構型管理相結合,配合資訊系統建構完整新產品開發知識管理需求架構。本研究並以問題回饋為新產品開發內隱知識轉化外顯知識為軸心,讓問題點回饋機制於標準化作業下達成知識管理之目的。本研究希望以實際個案來驗證PLM方法論對新產品開發的有效性,並彙整出TFT-LCD產業導入產品資料管理系統之方法與經驗。
This study use PLM methodology and IT system to support and install a knowledge management of new product introduction project,and this case study integrate the Project Management、Document Management、Configuration Management and link with IT system to install a full NPI KM structure.And this study focus on the issus management how to feedback and lesson learned in NPI process,we hope have tacit knowledge to make explicit knowledge in a standard procedure and method and get the knowledge management purpose. This case study hope use actural experience to verify the effectiveness of the PLM methodology for NPI,and arrange PLM install rule and experience in TFT-LCD industry.
