企業必須導入電子化的產品研發流程之資料管理系統作業平台,藉由研發相關資訊的整理與建置,透過產品資料管理系統(Product Data Management ,PDM)與X設計軟體(TeamSET)分析之整合,把產品研發流程所產生的各式表單建立在產品資料管理系統的專案管理模組上,以電子化資訊管理方式對產品研發過程中所產生的知識經驗作系統管理與傳承。 本論文在研發階段加入四個品質機能展開流程,導入各種X設計所分析的研發報表文件,X設計包含品質機能展開設計、易製造設計、易組裝設計、失效模式與效應分析與目標成本設計,促使在研發設計階段納入目標成本與設計品質的考量,可以在密集競爭下設計出較高可製造性、更準確成本估算、較少專案努力浪費和快速反應顧客需求的新產品。最終DFX和傳統產品研發文件建置在產品資料管理系統之專案管理模組上。在這方法,文件可以有效地被存取和儲存,等待研發專案流程完成後,所有活動相關文件將儲存在系統中,因此研發之經驗與知識可以即時的儲存、再利用和更新,在目標成本與規格的受限下去避免不必要的錯誤,幫助企業在研發階段設計出符合目標成本且具有易製造性的新產品,以符合現今衍生性產品快速發展的時代,提供企業競爭上重要的利基點。本論文並以精密機械業之產品—蝸輪減速機做為一完整案例分析。
The aim of this research is to inject design-for-X (DFX) techniques into product R&D process, which achieves higher manufacturability, more accurate cost estimation, less project effort spent and quicker response concerning customers’ needs to overcome intensive competitiveness. The DFX schemes including design-for-customer(using QFD),design-for-quality(using FMEA), design-for-assembly (DFA),design-for-manufacturing (DFM), and design-to-target-cost (DTC). In this research, DFX and traditional product R&D documentation are managed by Product Data Management (PDM) system in project-based approach. In this manner, the documentations can be effectively accessed and stored. The R&D experience and knowledge are easily saved, reused, updated in real time to avoid unnecessary fire-fighting and mistakes constrained by target cost and specifications. It helps an enterprise to design new products that cohere with on target cost and design for manufacturing. In addition, a mechanical product – worn gear reducer is used as an example to describe the DFX techniques implementation process in this research.
