本研究在探討桃園縣國民小學教師兼任行政職務意願之現況及影響兼任行政職務意願之因素。研究者在研讀相關文獻後,依研究者日常觀察及訪談結果,自編「桃園縣國民小學教師兼任行政意願調查問卷」,以桃園縣國民小學教師為研究母體,採分層便利抽樣調查,回收有效問卷109份。 研究發現:1.人口統計變項中,國小教師兼任行政職務的意願,會受到受試者現任職務及服務年資影響,而達到顯著差異。2.個人構面,國小教師兼任行政職務的意願,會與受試者之生涯規劃知覺、家庭支持程度,呈現正相關。3.制度構面,國小教師兼任行政職務的意願,會與受試者對薪酬福利的知覺,呈現正相關。4.組織構面,國小教師兼任行政職務的意願,會受到受試者服務學校之規模大小、上司性別不同、教師會及家長會與學校行政配合度欠佳影響,而達到顯著差異;並與受試者對服務學校之組織氣氛,呈現正相關。
This research is to study the current situation of the elementary school teachers in Tao Yuan County carry administrative tasks and the factors to affect their will to carry administrative tasks. After the researcher have read the related literature and observed and interviewed with the teachers, the researcher has designed a questionnaire - 「the Investigation on the Will to Carry Administrative Tasks of the Elementary School Teachers in Tao Yuan County」. The population of the research is the elementary school teachers in Tao Yuan County. The researcher has adopted the method of stratified convenience sampling and 109 effective samplings have been collected for analysis. The research reveals the following findings: 1.In the variable of population statistics, the will of the elementary school teachers will be affected by the current tasks and the years of service of the interviewees and it has a significant difference. 2.The personal factor dimension: The will of the elementary school teachers to carry administrative tasks has positive relevance with the awareness of career, the level of family support of the interviewees. 3.The system dimension:The will of the elementary school teachers to carry administrative task has positive relevance with the awareness of salary and welfare of the interviewees. 4.The organization dimension:The will of the elementary school teachers to carry administrative tasks will be affected by the size of the school, the gender of the boss, School Teacher Association, Parent Organization and the lack of their willingness to coordination with the school and it has a significant difference. It also has positive relevance with the organizational climate of the school of the interviewees.
