代理人架構下用戶端系統及網路故障診斷與復原之研究

摘要


網際網路的普及化伴隨著更多網路問題的產生,系統管理者常見的麻煩工作大多在協助使用者排除網路故障問題。用戶端的系統與網路服務功能,可能因為系統設定不正常、安裝各種網路應用軟體及使用者操作不當等因素而導致全部或部份功能失效,在有限維護人員下維修工作是一種煩雜的任務。   近年來對於維修診斷工作常使用案例式推理(CBR, Case-based reasoning)、因果關係模型(Rule-base Model)、貝氏認知網路(Bayesian Belief Networks)、類神經網路(Neural Networks)等診斷方法,對於應用在網路錯誤診斷亦有相當多的研究文獻。   本研究應用於網路管理上,目的在發展一套自動化網路故障診斷與復原系統。使用專家系統之案例式推理方法使其模擬系統管理者進行故障問題之推論診斷與復原,讓使用者能很輕易快速地自行解決網路故障問題;更讓維護人員能在有限的環境下透過遠端連線與大量修改設定來協助使用者排除故障,以協助系統管理者增進維護效率與提升維護品質。

Along with Internet popularization, users encountered more system or network problems due to the system complexity. Abnormality of client system setting, installations of network applications, and users’ wrong operations are main factors causing malfunctions of clients systems or network services. Therefore, system administrators have to spend much of their time helping users for solving these problems, which make the job a more tedious and demanding one. In recent years, system and network maintenance is often undertaken using techniques such as Case-based Reasoning, Rule-based Model, Bayesian Belief Networks, and Neural Networks. The main purpose of this study is to develop an automatic system of diagnosis and rehabilitation for network fault management. By using Case-based Reasoning, which simulates diagnosis and rehabilitation of supervisors, users can solve problems by themselves easily and quickly. Moreover, supervisors, through remote control and modifying setting, help users solve their problems under limited environment. Most of all, it assists supervisors to improve the efficiency of maintenance as well as the quality of maintenance.
