摘要

隨著科技的蓬勃發展，寬頻網路的普及，讓資訊生活得以快速融入家庭生活之中，如何透過網際網路，搭配無線網路的優點，串連整個家庭環境，使得無線通訊的家庭自動化系統得以落實在居家環境，能讓生活能更加便利舒適，則是本文所研究的方向。 日趨成熟的XML可以說是目前最成熟的文件格式標準，對家庭自動化系統而言，統一控制訊息是建構家庭自動化系統的碁石，因此，引用XML於控制訊息將有助於家庭自動化系統的開發，並且亦符合目前目前業界的標準。 本研究利用IrDA配合XML來規劃無線家庭自動化系統，在一般的家電安裝IrDA介面，以XML統一控制訊息並透過網際網路進行遠端遙控以達到不受「時間、空間」影響的目標。

With the tremendous improvement of technology and broadband networking, the Internet brings the convenience to daily life. The coordination of Internet and wireless technology will enhance the Home Automatoin System and improve the quality of life.To unify the control message is the basis of Home Automation System, and the XML is a mature standard of document. The application with XML and Home Automation System will be another huge step to the development of Home Automatoin.This research bases on the IrDA which embedded in the general home appliances to replace the existing IR(Infra Red) receivers and unify the control message with XML to create the architecture without concerning time and place.
