創新廚房嵌入式吸油煙機設計個案探討

摘要

每一次廚房的變革都是件隨著科技化及現代化的革命而隨之誕生。嵌入式的觀念產生，為現代廚房帶來的是更為完整且更時尚的廚房生活。本研究以中國大陸市場為背景，探討櫻花中國衛廚公司之吸油煙機與廚房空間進行一體化規劃設計,運用嵌入式結合廚房電器的概念將櫻花的吸油煙機結合整體廚房，把以往露在廚櫃外巨大的吸油煙機隱藏起來，清除使用廚房動線上的障礙。本文經由文獻回顧、S.E.T分析研究方法，獲致研究成果如下：
一、創新品牌形象、分割市場
二、使消費者不使用廚房時，不會被前頭塑前板所影響，操作時，
隱藏式前板可隨著消費者控制風力大小分二段式伸出抽吸油煙。
三、吸油煙機的極簡造型可搭配不同的室內廚房設計，讓廚房看起來不突兀，且更為美觀及一體化。
四、吸淨烹飪餘煙：內部的輔助吸煙孔設計，可加強輔助主吸煙孔吸淨油煙，使油煙不會到處亂跑。
本研究期待能提供未來廚房一種完整的整合設計解決方案，將徹底帶來一種全新的廚房生活方式。

Each evolution of the kitchen follows closely with technology and modernization. The development of the embedded concept brings us an integrated, modern kitchen life. This study based on the background of Mainland China Domestic Market, to analyze and full planning design the range hood of the company SAKURA China to integrate with kitchen place. It used the embedded kitchen with electrical appliances concept to link up Sakura hoods with the kitchen by covering up the huge hoods traditionally located outside the cabinets. This study Based on literature review, S.E.T analysis, the research results obtained are as below:
1.Brand image Innovation and market segmentation.
2.The users can’t not effect with the panel board when they’re not use the range hood. Users can control the wind in two-stage and the panel board removes smoke from the air into full play when in use.
3.Minimalist style hood can be used with different interior kitchen design, makes the kitchen does not look awkward, and more beautiful and integration.
4.To complete removes smoke: A design of internal auxiliary smoking hole. It strengthened the main smoking hole, to clean up the smoke and makes it not around the room.
This study expected to be a total kitchen solution presenting a brand new way of kitchen life.
