本研究主要目的在探討矽烷偶合劑於玻璃纖維布上耐熱程度,並尋求一可耐高溫之矽烷偶合劑。此研究探討將不同官能機之矽烷偶合劑依不同比例混合後偶合劑之摻合性、安定性、接著性與耐熱性。 實驗證實陽離子苯乙烯基氨基矽烷N-2-(vinylbenzylamino) -ethyl-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane•monohydrogen chloride (Dow Corning Z-6032) 和不同比例的苯基三甲氧基矽烷Phenyltrimethoxysilane ( Dow Corning Z-6124) 混合後,經過水解反應後稀釋於酸性水溶液,再含浸(impregnation)於玻纖布中可提高玻纖布之耐濕耐熱性質與接著性。 (關鍵字:矽烷偶合劑、接著、表面處理、E-玻璃纖維、耐久性)
The objective of this study is to investigate the durably of the E-Glass fiber after surface treated by silanes. Different silanes and their blends have been formulated to study the compatibility, stability, adhesion properties and durability of the treated E-Glass fibers. It is shown that a good durable bond could be obtained through the optimization of the ratio of two specific silanes and preparation/ treatment conditions. The heat resistance and adhesion of the treated E-Glass fibers are significantly improved by using formulated silane for surface treatment.
