限制理論在印刷電路板排程之應用

摘要


在資訊日新月異的今日世界,因為資訊電子工業的發達,帶動各種資訊電子周邊設備的發展,其中印刷電路板正是這些電子產品不可或缺的主要基礎零件,目前我國印刷電路板產業已被政府列為策略性的輔導工業,藉以鞏固我國在全世界資訊電子工業的地位,為了保有此競爭力,印刷電路板產業需朝高科技、多層數、及自動化的目標邁進;在技術升級的同時對於印刷電路板廠的排程管理方式也需加以改善配合發展。 以往對於印刷電路板的研究多著重於製程技術的開發,製程的改良及原物料的研發,對於印刷電路板廠的管理尤其在排程上的問題卻很少有這方面的研究。因此本研究即針對印刷電路板廠排程上的問題點,利用限制理論(Theory of Constraint)中之限制管理排程法(D-B-R),設計適合於印刷電路板廠的排程方式,此因限制管理排程法(D-B-R)在許多產業的應用皆成功的達到其目標。 本研究將限制管理排程法(D-B-R)應用到印刷電路板行業上,並將其適當修改以符合產業的特性。限制管理排程法(D-B-R)不但能解決傳統印刷電路板廠排程管理的缺點,更能有效的解決印刷電路板廠在排程上面臨的問題如:(1)訂單排程的彈性(2)訂單交期問題(3)生產進度的掌控。 關鍵字:印刷電路板、限制理論、限制管理排程法、控制棒

In the modern world where information changes with each passing day, a variety of electronics peripheral equipment develop with the prosperity of the electronics industry. Among all the equipment, Printed Circuit Board are the most indispensable basic assembly. Up to now, the (PCB) industry has been viewed as a tactical counseling industry by the government, which can solidify our status in electronics industry of the world. To be able to compete on, it is necessary for the (PCB) industry to move into the high technology, multi-layer, and automation. At the same time, technology upgrade and management of (PCB) factory scheduling should be improved. Conventionally, the researches of (PCB) concentrated much more on the development of manufacturing process, the improvement of manufacturing process, and the research of raw materials. However, there are relatively fewer researches on the problem of (PCB) scheduling. Therefore, this research aims at the scheduling problem on (PCB). Using Drum-Buffer-Rope in Theory of Constraint, this research design a method of schedule that is suitable for (PCB) factories. This technique of (DBR) has been widely used in many other industrial applications and has successfully achieve its goal. This research not only use (DBR) in (PCB) factory, but also improve (DBR) to satisfy the industry. The (DBR) will solve the disadvantages of traditional management of (PCB) scheduling, moreover, the problem (PCB) factory often faces in scheduling: (1)the flexibility of order scheduling (2)the due-date problem of orders (3)the control of production progress.
