學生在學校的時間佔了將近一天的三之一,學校除了要讓學生得到充分的學習與智慧之外,更重要的是得保障學生在校內的安全。鑑於國內火災頻頻的發生,政府除了積極地投入防火工程研究的發展之外,也不斷地呼應社會大眾要小心火燭,以及教導國民正確的防火觀念;雖然目前很難耳聞到學校會有火災事件發生,但世事難以去預料,為了『防患於未然』主動防範勝過災後的搶救。基於小學學校的人口密度高、學童逃逃生能力不比正常成人來得好,加上學校內可燃物材質物品到處可見,尤其以書本、木製類的桌椅…等居多,因此學校場所的防火安全評估便顯得格外重要。 本文主要以大崁國小為研究對象,利用電腦數值模擬的方法,以區域模式(Zone model)CFAST和場模式( Field model)PHOENICS兩種軟體來模擬火災可能發生的情況,分析火場下之高溫擴散、濃煙和CO氣體分佈,並加以討論學童之可容許逃生時間、避難逃生所需時間;另外,評估學童在不同避難路徑下可能的受傷人數與逃生成功率。希望其結果能夠對於此小學日後在防火避難演練上有些許的參考價值。
School is one of highly-population place and the egress ability of the pupil is lower than that of the adult. Besides, there is full of combustible material ( such as books…etc. ) inside any place of the campus. For these reasons, the fire safety evaluation of campus is becoming more important. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the new campus building of Da-Kan primary school under hypothetical fire accidents. Two softwares, CFAST ( fire zone model ) and PHOENICS ( fire field model ), are utilized to predict dynamic responses of the energy and smoke transport within the building. Finally, the different egress paths, successful probability of evacuation and possible number of the students that may get hurt are reasonably estimated.
