吊籠穩固裝置理論研究及實作分析

摘要


本研究主要目的將針對吊籠安全穩固裝置進行細部設計與修改工作,特別關於裝置中的固定系統、吸盤組系統及管路系統等部分,將朝著增加系統可靠度及方便性著手,同時對系統進一步改良與精簡化;並對於穩固吸盤機構進行強度分析與系統各元件材料環境試驗,以提高系統之可靠度;此外穩固裝置將作相關的實地安裝測試,以確保良好的系統特性以作為產品商品化前之準備。此外,本研究中將對穩固裝置系統增加失效模式及效應分析,以了解本裝置發生失效的原因及相關資訊,如此才能確實掌握問題的根源,達到消弭裝置失效、提昇可靠度之目的。

並列摘要


The focus of this proposal is to implement the preparation work for testing and evaluation of the safety secure stabilizer device of the gondola .The stable, sucker and piping systems of the device will enhance the property of stability. For increasing the reliability, we will analyze the intensity of secure stabilizer sucker system and make the environment experiments for the components of stabilizer device. Furthermore, the stabilizer device will be to set up in the gondola for operation situation and make environmental experiments. In the project, we will analyze the failure mode and failure effect in the device to comprehend the failure theorem. The last but ultimate important development of this original research work. Technical information and engineering data will be organized for potential technology transfer.
