近年來,吊籠被大量使用於高層、超高層大樓與工廠建築物,在高處進行清潔、油漆、焊接、組裝作業,吊籠的安全性與合理性受到考驗,因為在吊籠作業中有時會發生墜落事故,雖然件數不多,但是也逐漸受到重視。由於吊籠常因在吊掛過程中,因外界因素影響,造成在作業中吊籠的作業平台產生晃動、擺動及作業平台不穩定,皆常需藉由人員在高空中加以扶正,因而造成不安全的作業環境與動作,容易發生人員與作業床墜落事故及鋼索脫落,不僅危害勞工之作業安全,也造成了公共安全問題,故擬定本研究發展計劃。以提供適當法規建議並增加改善吊籠的安全性,改善吊籠的安全裝置,使吊籠高空作業所產生的職業災害減低,而對吊籠作業相關人員生命的安全有所貢獻。
The highrise outdoor operations such as window washing, painting, reeling and maintance depend on the use of gondola. Therefore, the concerns of safety design and operational easiness is of high safety considerations. Because the gondola is hanging high from the support point, the vibration, unbalance, shakiness due to the operation or the unpredictable wind from around cause unsafe operation environment. Therefore, it is the focus of this project to develop a stabilizer device to promote a safer highrise outdoor operation of the gondola.
