摘要

本研究提出以全球資訊網(World Wide Web)為平台的網際辦公室(
CyberOffice) 架構，使得在辦公室中的專案管理機制，能有效的運
用全球資訊網的特性， 突破展現平台的限制，作為未來無空間辦公
室(Space-less Office)的基礎。 　　選擇群組軟體的發展環境，是
群組軟體開發的重要課題之一。一個好的群組 軟體開發環境，不僅
軟體開發方式、程式擴充與各種平台的移植能力要考慮， 同時也應
具備群體工作的工具。本論文提出一個在Web上開發網際辦公室的架
構，應用在網際專案管理的建置，並以請假流程之設計與開發為例，驗證
此 一架構可行性。本系統是採用多層式(Multi-Tiers)的架構，並
利用開放式的 環境，可使用各級電腦及介面來完成專案管理的目的
；另外本系統設計了數 種可用於網際辦公室的各式群組工具，以支
援網際專案管理的多種不同需求。

The research objective of this thesis is to provide a Web-
based architectonic framework for project management in
CyberOffice. This architecture can effectively use the
advantage of WWW, and it can break the limitation of
platform. We also propose that it will be the base of
space-less office in the future. The major issue of
developing groupware is to choose the good developmental
tools. To be a good developmental tool, it is not only to
think about the way of software development, extensible
function, or the ability of porting but also having the tools
that support group work. The purpose of this article is to
provide a multi-tier architectonic framework for assisting
same time/different place group project management by
means of computers and electronic communication equipment.
We also propose an open model of Internet office(
CyberOffice) coordination commands for various machines or
heterogeneous network. In particular, CyberOffice provides
a variety of independent and flexible group work tools to
support the diverse demands.
