摘要


隨著網際網路的發展和競爭激烈的社會環境下,現今企業大部分已使用企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP)系統來即時整合資源。企業資源規劃是高度複雜且昂貴的系統,雖然已經有許多企業導入ERP系統,但大多數的中小企業是失敗的。在進行相關文獻探勘後發現,專案管理扮演著關鍵的角色,然而鮮少有學者去探究其原因,基於這個理由,本研究將對他們之間的相關性進行深入的探究。 本研究主要探討專案管理方法實際解決企業資源規劃系統執行上的相關議題。藉由質性方法大量蒐集過去論述企業資源規劃與專案管理之相關文獻和書面資料,做資料分析、歸納與探討,統整出ERP執行的關鍵成功因素和相關議題。結論將針對ERP系統執行的議題,利用專案管理方法論中九大知識領域和五大流程群組的42個流程元素,提供管理見解和指導方針,得以解決ERP系統執行上的困難。期望ERP在實務界上更有益處,以證明其有效性的未來。

As the development of Internet and the competitive social environment, most companies use the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to real-time integration of resources. ERP is a highly complex and expensive system. ERP has been implemented in some small enterprises successfully. However, most of the small and medium-sized enterprises fail. According to some literature reviews and case observations, the project management (PM) plays a key role in ERP implementation. This research will be the correlation to conduct in-depth inquiry. The main purpose of this research is to explore the suggestion of the project management methodology as a practical solution for ERP system implementation. This research was conducted qualitative methods by gathering data from reviewed literature and documents about executing or discussing ERP implementation and project management, then analyzing and exploring those data. The conclusion suggests that the 42 process elements into the nine knowledge areas and five process groups by project management methodology to provide insights and guidelines for the management for ERP systems implementation. Moreover, the project management methodology discussed in this research could be applied to practice ERP system implementation providing its validity in the future.
