摘要


新服務開發的管理已被服務產業視為是一個重要的競爭力來源。儘管過去有許多關於新服務開發的研究調查,本研究將導入一套系統性方法於新服務開發實務之中。本研究主要目的在探索專案管理方法論,能夠成為新服務開發領域的解決方案。研究方法使用文獻回顧以探索專案管理方法是否能夠應用於新服務開發。研究結果顯示,專案管理方法於新服務開發領域是可行的。透過該方法的應用,有機會提升新服務開發的有效性與效率。

Management of new service development (NSD) has been regarded as an important source of competitiveness in service industry. Although many literatures were surveyed about NSD, a systematic methodology is introduced to improve for NSD practice in this research. The main purpose of this study is to explore that the project management methodology as a practical solution for the field of NSD. This study applies inductive analysis by gathering data from literature review. The conclusion suggests that project management methodology is applicable for NSD implementation. Furthermore, the effectiveness and efficiency of NSD would be enhanced through application of this methodology.
