摘要


以通信設備製造廠商導入智慧型維修系統為研究對象,探討製造廠商從事產品維修時可能產生的問題與困難,如何經由導入智慧型維修系統加以改善,範圍包括系統需求架構、系統設計、實作與驗證等程序。 本論文在個案研究中使用『案例式推理法』(Case Base Reasoning)來規劃智慧型維修系統,透過演算新舊案例間的『相似度』,依據『相似度』高低排序,由既有的維修案例庫中找出具有參考價值的舊案例,提供給維修人員參考,藉以達到提高維修診斷的正確性、加速維修速度、降低維修成本…等等之改善。

The primary target of this research is to design an Intelligent Repair System for telecommunication equipment manufacturers, based on the Shop Floor Integrated Information System. During the repair of a product, we can retrieve a similar case from the case base by the similarity coefficient and adapt the solution provided from the old case. The scope of the research includes system demand architecture, system design, system implementation and verification procedures, etc… In this case study, we applied『Case Base Reasoning』to design this Intelligent Repair System. Through the computation of the similarity coefficient between a new failure product and the old cases in the database, we retrieve a couple of the similar old cases for decision. These old cases provide valuable data for repair engineers’ reference. By reference these data, Repair engineer could enhance the quality of diagnosis and reduce the time and cost of repair.
