目前國內製造設備商對於設備之故障診斷與維修雖有維修手冊,但相關的維修知識仍屬於工程師或專家們的經驗累積。由於工程師及專家之流動或退休,使得許多經驗與知識無法傳承下來。而且,設備的維修與診斷工作往往受到時間、地點等因素限制,不但缺乏時效,更錯失藉由經常性保養來延長設備使用年限的機會。 本研究利用Internet之優點,建立一個以全球資訊網為基礎之製造設備故障維修專家系統架構,將遠端之機器設備進行連線,以進行遠端之監控及維修,排除製造設備故障維修上的問題。並運用統計製程管制之品質管制手法分析量測數據,進行工作現場即時狀態之瀏覽、分析、研判與處理,協助遠端監控、維修。使得使用者可以從中得到故障維修上的正確資訊,因而改善設備可靠度、可維護度、可操作度,提昇設備有效使用率及生產能力,以及提供故障維修專家系統的發展與修正的參考依據。
The equipment vendors usually provide maintenance manual for equipment. However, regular maintenance of experienced experts are still required for the maintenance work. Nowadays, due to the fast development of technology in manufacturing, experts'' or engineers'' experiences and knowledge are not easy to be conveyed. In addition, maintenance and diagnosing are usually restricted with time, place and so on. That is why a remote expert system is needed for fault diagnosis and the maintenance work. The research is to develop a web based remote expert system for fault diagnosis and the maintenance work. In this thesis, we take the advantage of the internet to establish a remote expert system for equipment users to input data from a remote side. The expert system connects to the remote machine and works on the problem, to provide inside information for the equipment users. Moreover, it utilizes statistic process control technique to analyze the data and diagnosis fault on the machine and users can get further maintenance instructions from the system. They can improve the reliability and maintainability of the equipment and increase the efficiency of the production.
