防音耳罩性能及舒適性整合測試機台之設計製作以及可調整濾波式防音耳罩之研發

摘要


長期暴露於噪音環境中,對人體有相當大的危害,甚至造成不可逆的聽覺喪失,佩帶合適的防音耳罩是保護聽力最簡單的方式,本研究的目的在完成防音耳罩舒適性能以及防音性能之整合性測試機台,使防音耳罩之性能測試得以簡化,並獲得客觀、可靠之測試數據,方便一般高噪音工作環境廠商得以自行檢測其防音耳罩是否性能衰減、必須更換,並能自行比較適合之市售防音耳罩,使勞工之聽力獲得保障。除此之外,本研究亦將研究慮波式防音技術,研發慮波式防音耳罩,解決佩帶耳罩不易交談之問題,以提高勞工佩帶耳罩之意願,確實保護勞工聽力。

Exposing to a noisy environment over a long period of time will cause irreversible damage to our hearing. Wearing a hearing protector is the most convenient way to protect hearing. This research designs an integrated test instrument, which enables the users to test the comfort and protective performance of earmuffs with simplified operation procedure. This research also applies the electronic filtering technology to earmuffs in order to solve the problem that workers cannot have conversation with each other while wearing an earmuff. With this improvement, we hope to increase the willingness of workers to wear an earmuff while working in a noisy environment.
